Rojas is an incredibly talented young New Zealander who used to play for A-league club Melbourne Victory. He recently announced his transfer to Stuttgart following the end of his contract. Rojas is a very talented young player who plays best as a wide midfielder or winger. He was awarded A-League player of the season following his performances for Victory. His key attributes are his pace, shooting and great movement. Playing as a winger Rojas has a great ability to run at defenders with a preference to cut in and get a shot off. He is a winger that possesses a great ability to beat and run past defenders through his pace and strength. Technically gifted, Rojas is of Chilean descent that is visible in his style of play. Not afraid to shoot or pass, Rojas at first glance is a very talented winger who is also a team player. He has a great passion for football that can be seen in both his attitude during every game and the mentality and nature by which he plays these games.

A raw talent, Rojas is a very unknown name when it comes to European Football, with most people tipping him to fail at Stuttgart. However it is his determination and real passion for the game that is his biggest strength. I have likened him to Arjen Robben due to the pace and the way in which he easily glides past defenders on the wing. He has a great eye for goal and loves getting into attacking positions during the game. Although like Robben in many ways, he is also unlike him in some. His awareness of players around him, and not being afraid to pass the ball and get into attacking positions makes him different. Rojas is a young star that has just been awarded his dream move to Europe. Now we shall all wait to see how the career of this talented winger unfolds.
